"Line Walker" has finished playing in Hong Kong. Because there are many hints foreshadowing later developments in the story, production director Jazzboon Wen said he hopes to make a film version of "Line Walker" with the story line of the role Hui Siu Hung plays.

Fans are very excited with the news. According to the Hong Kong media, the movie version will both have the original cast and invite other popular stars including Hong Kong movie actor Louis Koo and Chinese actor Tao Guo to join.

Even though Hui Siu Hung didn't win "The Best Actor in a Supporting Role" in TVB Anniversary Awards 2014, the role he plays in "Line Walker" took home the "My Favorite Male Television Character" award with 62,705 votes.

"Line Walker" was the big winner in TVB Anniversary Awards 2014 with four awards in total. Charmaine Sheh took home both the "Best Actress in a Leading Role" and "My Favorite Female Television Character" awards with her character "Ding Jie" in "Line Walker." Sheh also received the best actress awards in Singapore and Malaysia previously with the same role in "Line Walker".

"Line Walker" won the "Best Drama Serial" as well in the TVB Anniversary Awards 2014. The click rate of "Line Walker" has hit 2 billion online in Mainland China, breaking the record of "Triumph in the Skies 2" and becoming the highest click rate TVB drama in Mainland China.

Fans of "Line Walker" were disappointed that Raymond Lam, who has been nominated seven times, still did not take the "Best Actor in a Leading Role" home with his very popular role in "Line Walker" this time.

Jazzboon Wen thanked Lam to play the "Bao Seed" character in "Line Walker" and said, "in my heart, Raymond Lam is in the 'Over Best Actor' level. If he does not perform so well in his role, the role 'Ding Jie' Charmaine Sheh plays will not be so wonderful."
