When the scores were close, Derrick Rose, the star player from Chicago Bulls stepped forward and took charge of the situation. With his fabulous game, Derrick registered the match winning three points just as the buzzer went off, giving the Bulls their victory. The final scores were 99-96 for the Chicago Bulls and Cleveland Cavaliers respectively, as was confirmed by the reports on ESPN. Even fans were excited to see Rose in action finally after so many games and needless to say, his winning score had the crowd applaud his efforts.

Amazingly, Rose scored the three point lead in the last 10.8 seconds which was quite unexpected. Cleveland seemed to have the match in their kitty with their player J. R Smith, registering the three pointer. But, Rose's game surely turned tables in favour of the Bulls. Meanwhile, the ardent fans of the game are comparing Rose's shot over Thompson (Cleveland player) with that of Jordan's from an equally exciting game between the two giants played way back in the year 1998 as part of the NBA finals. Back then Jordan had secured the victory and now it is Derrick Rose, according to Bleacherreport.
