Zhang Ziyi has been spotted in a diner in the United States with a fuller tummy. She was seen with the Chinese rock star Wang Feng after news broke that the couple is expecting their first child together.

The mom-to-be is set to welcome her baby at the Hoag Hospital in Irvine, California this month. The facility is recognized for having a high-quality maternity ward.

On her Weibo account, Zhang Ziyi denied the fevered speculation that she's preparing to give birth in the United States. However, several images and video footage have leaked online showing the pregnant Ziyi and Wang Feng in America.

The pair, who tied the knot in Hong Kong last May 2015, are the picture of love, holding hands and flashing big smiles while out for a meal. Wang Feng seems to be taking care of Ziyi's pregnancy yearnings, like having to drive 200 miles to take Ziyi to a steamboat restaurant.

In August, the 36-year-old actress fueled pregnancy rumors when she attended the press conference for "Oh My God" and showed up with a protruding stomach. Soon after, her representative said it as a prosthetic to go along well with her role in the movie.

The movie star actress didn't seem to put on extra pounds despite the fact that she is now on her final trimester. Other than her bulging tummy, Zhang Ziyi's body structure remains slender.
