Actress Hayden Panettiere and fiancée Wladimir Klitschko have welcomed their first child.

The couple named their newborn daughter, Kaya Klitschko. Kaya weighed in at 7lbs., measured 20 inches and was born on Tuesday, December 9.

Earlier this year, the 25-year old Nashville actress debuted her baby bump by donning a blue bikini while on vacation in Miami with her 38-year old boxer fiancée and at that time she had yet to confirm her own pregnancy.

A few weeks after she was spotted with a baby bump, Panettiere finally confirmed her pregnancy while filming herself doing the ALS ice bucket challenge, in the video that was released via Instagram Panettiere was heard saying "I nominate Kacey Musgraves, Wladimir Klitschko you are not getting out of this, and my unborn child."

In August the actress accidentally spilled the news that she was having a girl, while on the red carpet at the Emmy Awards.After the accidental reveal she was reported to have slipped off her shoes and spent the rest of the night resting backstage.

In 2013 the actress spoke about motherhood twice, first was in the May 2013 issue of Glamour "I have lived a very big life and I honestly do not feel my age, I feel like I was born to be a mother. I think motherhood is the most beautiful and exciting thing and there is nothing that I feel like I cannot accomplish while having children in my life, whenever I hear people say that when you have children your life stops, I always say I do not think so."

Second was while she was on the Ellen DeGeneres show, Hayden joked about what her kids with Wladimir would look like "He has bowlegs and I have knock-knees so I am quite sure that they are going to have straight legs and of course they would be of normal height." 

Hayden and Wladimir have yet to announce the date of their wedding, they have been engaged for more than a year.
