Watford Football Club striker Odion Ighalo has said that he is currently not interested in moving to China this summer as he is happy with the Premier League side for the time being.
According to ClubCall, the 27-year-old native of Lagos, Nigeria was linked with a mouth-watering big-money move to the Chinese Super League club Shanghai SIPG in the transfer window this summer. Ighalo said that he was offered a prodigious amount of money to make the switch to the Far East, but stated that he did not want to leave Watford.

"I'm not moved by the money from China. When the time comes, I will go to China. This is not the time to go to go to China," Ighalo said. "The money is big, the money is crazy, I know. And I am not Cristiano Ronaldo, I'm not (Lionel) Messi. I'm not rich, but I'm contented with what I have, I thank God for what I have."
Ighalo stressed that he has still has "unfinished business" in the English football league. After turning down a £12 million (approximately USD 16 million) move to Hebei China Fortune last year, the Nigerian professional football star stayed put this summer when Shanghai SIPG offered a mind-boggling £38 million (USD 50.7 million) bid for him, the Mirror reported.
The former Granada CF star scored an impressive 16 goals in the Premier League while playing for The Hornets (Watford's club nickname) last season. However, Ighalo is yet to score his first goal this season after three Premier League games played.
He claims that he is "not bothered" by his goal drought this season and believes that his goals would soon start to flow once again.
Watford currently sits in the 18th spot in the 20-team English Premier League after securing one point in three matches played. The Hornets have not yet won a game this season.
