Online e-commerce website Geekbuying has announced that the UMi Plus smartphone is now available for pre-order on its official website with $70 (approximately 466.87 Yuan / Rs. 4,687.2) off.

The UMi Max smartphone is now priced at $179.99 (around 1200.44 Yuan / Rs. 12,052.12) on GeekBuying's official website. This promo will only last for a limited period. The device was recently unveiled at the IFA 2016 priced at $259.99.

The UMi Plus smartphone features a 5.5-inch Sharp FHD (1920 x 1080 pixels resolution) display panel with 2.5D Arc Glass. Under the hood, the device is powered by an octa-core Helio P10 processor paired with 4GB of RAM Samsung module onboard. It comes with a built-in 32GB internal memory storage, which can be expanded up to 265 GB via a microSD card slot.

The UMi Plus smartphone sports a 13-megapixels main camera with the SAMSUNG®3L8 sensor accompanied with a dual-tone LED Flash. On the front is a 5-megapixels GalaxyCore GC5005 shooter. The device runs on the Android 6.0 Marshmallow operating system out of the box. For the graphics, it has Mali-T860 graphics processing unit inside. It is fueled by huge non-removable Polymer 4000 mAh capacity battery onboard.

Other features the UMi Plus smartphone offers include 2G: GSM 850/900/1800/1900MHz, 3G: WCDMA 850/900/1900/2100MHz, 4G: FDD-LTE 800/1800/2100/2600MHz support, Bluetooth 4.1, Wi-Fi 802.11 a/b/g/n, and GPS. The device measures a body dimension of 155 x 75 x 8.8mm and weighs 185 grams. It is available in gray color.
