Hong Kong actor Kenneth Ma has exited the list of the most eligible TVB bachelors after reports came out last month that he's been dating model Jackie X for months now.

The actor refuted the reports, insisting that he and Jackie are just friends.

Kenneth was recently spotted driving the young model home, but he was quick to dismiss the dating rumor, saying he and the model were just out on a dinner with other friends and he just offered to take her home.

He requested the media to not press on the issue and subject Jackie X to unnecessary pressure.

However, an insider who's privy to the real score between the two revealed that Kenneth and Jackie X have indeed been dating for 11 months now.

The two were said to have met in 2012 through a mutual friend and have been remained in contact with each other since. Their romantic relationship reportedly started last November.

The source also revealed that Kenneth has introduced the model to his family, indicating that their relationship may have reached a serious stage.

Jackie's managing agency has openly praised the actor for his acting skills and  way of life, adding that the 26-year old model's relationship with Kenneth could possibly develop in the future.

Nasty talk did surface, however, pointing out the career-achievement gap between the two, fueling speculation that the model may be riding on Kenneth's popularity to boost her own.

Jackie promptly responded to the nasty rumor, saying people in Hong Kong tend to say such things even if she wasn't doing anything of that sort.
