Minecraft: Console Edition will be featuring a slate of new contents next month including the Chinese Mythology Mash-Up Pack as announced on Saturday during the Minecon 2016 in Anaheim, California.

The Chinese Mythology Mash-Up Pack includes a pre-created world where players can explore the ancient streets of the great city, marvel at the high mountain ranges occupied by dragons, meditate crafting inside a mythical monastery, have fun on the view as you wander on the fields, discover how mobs look in ancient China, and enjoy a new map particularly made for the Battle mini game that was released in June, according to IGN.

What's more, 41 new skins and 13 new music tracks were added to the game using this pack.

Meanwhile, other than the Chinese Mythology Mash-Up Pack, there will also be an update on October 5, Game Focus reported.

Updates to get excited about include new items like harvestable beetroots; new special terrain features such as igloos, fossils, and village materials; new mobs like polar bears in the tundra; and new blocks including beetroot, end bricks, grass paths, magma, frosted ice, nether weather block, red nether brick, and bone blocks. Furthermore, players will then be allowed to hang decorative banners around their houses, the PlayStation.Blog reported.

"Minecraft is a game about placing blocks and going on adventures" where players can "explore randomly generated worlds and build amazing things from the simplest of homes to the grandest of castle," the game's website described.

The Chinese Mythology Mash-Up Pack for Minecraft: Console Editions will hit digital stores for PS4, PS3, PS Vita, and other consoles for only $4.99.
