ZTE ZMAX 2 Smartphone is now Available on Best Buy for Only $49.99

Chinese tech giant ZTE has announced that its budget friendly device - the ZTE ZMAX 2 smartphone - is now available on Best Buy for only $49.99 (approximately Rs. 3343.58 / 333.46 Yuan). The smartphone was launched in the United States last year via AT&T's GoPhone program with a price tag of $149.99.

The ZTE ZMAX 2 smartphone features a 5.5-inch Full HD display which makes use of a 1280 x 720 pixels resolution. Under the hood, the device is powered by a quad-core Qualcomm MSM8916 Snapdragon 410 processor clocked at a speed of 1.2 GHz, paired with Adreno 306 GPU onboard. It comes with 2 GB of RAM onboard, and it is equipped with a built-in 16GB native internal memory storage, which is not expandable.
The ZTE ZMAX 2 sports an 8-megapixel rear camera with LED flash support and capable of video recordings up to 1080 pixels at 30 frames per second. On the front is a 2-megapixel front facing shooter for selfies and video calling purposes. The device is fueled by a removable Li-Ion 3,000 mAh capacity battery inside. It runs on the Android 5.1 Lollipop operating system out of the box, along with ZTE's customized user interface.
Other feature the ZTE ZMAX 2 smartphone offers include Bluetooth v4.0, GPS with A-GPS, microUSB v2.0, Wi-Fi 802.11a/b/g/n, and 2G / 3G / 4G HSPA / LTE network support. The device measures a body dimension of 153.9 x 76 x 9.4 mm and weighs around 170.1 grams. It will be available in black color.
