ZTE Blade A2 Plus Smartphone Officially Launched in China

Chinese smartphone maker ZTE has announced that its latest device - the ZTE Blade A2 Plus smartphone - is now available in China. The latest smartphone will be available in two models; a 3GB version which is priced at RMB 1499 (Approximately $225 / Rs. 15,000) and a 4GB RAM variant priced at RMB 1699 (around $255 / Rs. 17000).

The ZTE Blade A2 Plus is the successor to the recently launched ZTE Blade A2 smartphone. Earlier this week, the company also unveiled the ZTE Axon Max 2, ZTE Warp 7, and ZTE Blade A506 smartphones in China.

The ZTE Blade A2 Plus features a 5.5-inch Full HD (1080 x 1920 pixels resolution) LCD capacitive touch screen display with a pixels density of 404PPI. Under the hood, the device is powered by an octa-core MediaTek MT6750T processor clocked at a speed of 1.5GHz. It comes equipped with 3GB/4GB of RAM's onboard and Mali T860 GPU for the graphics. It has a built-in 32GB internal memory storage, which can be expanded via dedicated microSD card slot.

The ZTE Blade A2 Plus sports a 13-megapixels main camera sensor and an 8-megapixels front facing camera. The device runs on the Android 6.0 Marshmallow operating system out of the box and is fueled by a 4900 mAh capacity battery inside.

The connectivity options of the device include a hybrid Dual SIM, microUSB 2.0, GPS with A-GPS, Wi-Fi 802.11 b/g/n. Bluetooth, 3.5mm jack, 2G functionality, 3G  HSDPA 850 / 900 / 1900 / 2100 MHz, 4G mobile which supports networks like GSM 850 / 900 / 1800 / 1900 MHz, and LTE 900 / 1200 MHz bands for 4G connectivity.
