United States-based smartphone maker InFocus has announced that its latest device, the InFocus Epic 1 smartphone,  will already be available in India by Oct. 25.

The smartphone is said to feature a powerful Mediatek Deca-Core Helio X20 processor and will be sold for Rs12,999 (around $194.66 or 1310.92 yuan).

The Infocus Epic 1 smartphone sports a 5.5-inch Full HD (1920 x 1080 pixels resolution) on-cell display screen with a 401 PPI of pixel density and 16M colors.

It is powered by a deca-core Mediatek MT6797M processor chipset paired with Mali T880 MP4 Graphics and comes with a massive 3GB RAM. The device is also equipped with a built-in 32GB internal memory, which can further expanded up to 128GB via a microSD card.

The InFocus Epic 1 smartphone sports a 16-megapixel rear camera with PDAF Fast Focus and dual flash Natural Tone support, and capable of video recording up to 1080 pixels at 30 frames per second. It has an 8-megapixel selfie shooter with F2.0 large aperture and dual Flash Natural tone as well.

The smartphone is fueled by a 3000mAh capacity battery along with a 1A Charger, which, according to InFocus, can last up to 30 hours of music, 10 hours of talk time, five hours of video and 500 hours of standby time.  

In terms of connectivity, the InFocus Epic 1 smartphone has FM Radio, Bluetooth 4.0, Wi-Fi 802.11 b/g/n (2.4 GHz), Wi-Fi Direct, 3.5mm audio jack and USB Type-C port. It supports dual SIM dual standby and offers 4G LTE network with 150Mbps download speed and 50Mbps when uploading.
