Jeremy Lin Embraces Giant Panda in Chengdu

August 29th, NBA Houston Rockets Star Jeremy Lin visited the Chengdu Research Base of Giant Panda Breeding. Wearing protective clothing, Lin embraced a one-year-old giant panda happily. Lin says he loves animals since he was a child. "The giant panda is so heavy, but it is really cute." Jeremy Lin was completely soaked himself with the adorable giant panda in his arms.
As part of his commercial and charity works in China, Jeremy Lin has visited Shanghai, Beijing, and Tianjin, Sichuan during his tour this time. Later, he will appear in Lushan disaster areas of the previous Sichuan earthquake and Lin will engage in interactive activities with the teenagers from disaster areas. Chengdu is Jeremy Lin's last stop in China. Right after Lin and his families arrived in Chengdu, they headed to the Chengdu Research Base of Giant Panda Breeding to have an intimate contact with giant pandas.
Jeremy Lin said he used to see giant pandas in San Diego Zoo Safari Park in California. However, this is Lin's first time to hold a real giant panda in his arms, which got him so excited. Jeremy Lin will stay in Sichuang Province till the end of August. There will be more commercial works waiting for him. Jeremy Lin told reporters that he had been looking forward to enjoying the Sichuan hot pot after a long awaited time. He will seize a chance to dig in the Chinese traditional delicacies.
