Last September 12, Paul Walker would have turned 41 years old.

His daughter, Meadow, family and "Fast and Furious" co-stars took to social media to remember and pay tribute to the fallen star.

Meadow Walker posted a baby photo of herself with her father on Instagram, captioning it "Happy birthday, I love you." A young Paul Walker smiled, holding his baby daughter in his arms.

His brother Cody also took to Facebook to commemorate his dear brother, posting an old photo of the two of them, both siblings smiling. "This day is a bittersweet one. Today I'm reminded how much I miss you. But at the same time, this day is also a reminder of how many years of memories, adventures, lessons and love I was lucky enough to share with you," he wrote.

Walker's co-stars also remembered their dear friend, with Vin Diesel uploading a video of Walker's 40th birthday celebration and captioning it "Miss you Pablo."

Actress Jordana Brewster posted a photo of a sunrise and captioned it with "#HappyBirthdayPW #ROWW Always in our hearts," while actor-rapper Ludacris posted a photo of Walker during one of his humanitarian trips and wrote "Happy Bday to an Angel today @paulwalker".

The actor died November last year from a car crash in Santa Clarita California. Before he died, his daughter Meadow just relocated to Los Angeles from Hawaii to live with him.

Walker had always had a fascination for fast cars, saying, "I've always wanted to race cars, ever since I was a young boy, as I think a lot of guys have." 

When asked about his relationship with his daughter, the actor shared that he was glad that he had her when he was only 25 years old. He shared that as his daughter is growing up, they're just "matching up sweet". Meadow is his daughter with former girlfriend, Rebecca Soteros.

Walker left his entire US$25 million estate to Meadow.
