Xinjiang Flying Tigers Continue to Roll, Claim Seventh Victory in the Chinese Basketball Association

The Xinjiang Flying Tigers flaunted their dominance by demolishing the low-ranking Guangzhou Long-Lions with a 99-89 victory in the seventh round of the Chinese Basketball Association on Tuesday.
It was the seventh-straight victory for the Urumqi-based professional Chinese club since the start of the season. The Flying Tigers have strengthened their hold on the league's leadership and have kept their win-loss record unblemished.

According to EuroBasket, import Darius Adams poured in a game-high 40 points including six three-pointers to lead the Flying Tigers, who played the game without their top foreign reinforcement Andray Blatche. Adams also had six rebounds, two assists and one steal in 46 minutes of playing time.
The 2016 NBA Draftee Zhou Qi finished the match with a double-double game production of 12 points and 10 rebounds along with two blocked shots and one assist while Chinese teammates Li Gen, Changdong Yu, and TongLin Sun had a combined 32 points for the winners.
Iranian forward Mohammad Samad Nikkhah Bahrami paced Guangzhou, who suffered their seventh consecutive loss of the season with 26 points while American center Alex Kirk had 21 markers and 14 boards.
The Flying Tigers will be playing the Yi Jianlian-led Guangdong Southern Tigers, who currently have a 3-3 win-loss record, in the next round of the CBA on Friday.
Based on the game results of NowGoal, the winning team entered the second half of the game trailing by four points with the losing side leading 47-43. Guangzhou continued to control the game in the third period and outscored Xinjiang with a 22-21 charge to increase their lead to five going into the final period of the game.
However, the Flying Tigers managed to stage a huge 35-20 fourth quarter outburst to overtake the lead and wrap up the match with a victory.
