News about an alleged Jonas Brothers scandal have surfaced after Nick, Joe and Kevin Jonas' youngest sibling, Frankie Jonas, was busted for possession of marijuana this earlier week in Nashville.
Sources close to the family told TMZ that the 16-year-old high school graduate, dubbed the "Bonus Jonas Brother," was not arrested but was nonetheless picked up and later cited by the police for having pot with him outside a convenience store on Tuesday night.

Believe it or not, Frankie still got pretty lucky. Just last September, Nashville passed a city measure in September that lowered the penalties for possession of marijuana - as long as the offender is caught with only half an ounce or less as opposed to having bags of it.
The behavior was said to be unlike Frankie, considering he has always been a good kid and is in now actually college. The baby brother reportedly feels sorry about what happened. No word yet on what his older, more famous brothers think about the incident.
Frankie was not a member of the disbanded pop group that catapulted his older brothers to fame, before the latter splitter up in October 2013 and have gone on to become businessmen and family men.
While Frankie preferred to stay out of the spotlight, he did have momentary appearances in his brothers' reality TV show, "Jonas L.A.," and Joe's movie, "Camp Rock 2: The Final Jam." He also lent his voice to the anime film, "Ponyo on the Cliff by the Sea," according to a report by E.T. Online.
