Hilary Duff is single yet again after splitting up with her boyfriend Jason Walsh, according to an exclusive report. Their whirlwind romance and relationship were said to have ended last week and the two have remained good friends.

They are "definitely good," a source assured celebrity news site Gossip Cop about the breakup.

The 29-year-old former Disney actress and her personal gym trainer-turned-boyfriend have known each other for a long time but were first linked in April. Duff quickly dismissed premature romance rumors by saying they simply "have a lot of fun together."

In April, more speculations surfaced especially after they were photographed around town on Walsh's motorcycle and hitting red carpets together. Duff finally confirmed their relationship in September on live television during an interview on "Good Day New York."

The same month, rumors started going around saying they were caught hooking up in a clothing store dressing room. It really did not sound like Duff at all, and the reports were pretty soon debunked. They are, however, not shy about showing affection for each other on their Instagram accounts.

It was Duff's first albeit super short-lived relationship after her amicable divorce from Mike Comrie in January 2014 (finalized just February this year). She had cited irreconcilable differences and sought primary physical and joint custody of their now 4-year-old son Luca Cruz Comrie.

While it may seem that "Lizzie McGuire" is about to have a lonely Christmas, she seems perfectly happy and content to be with just her main man over the holidays.
