"The collection of tapes document the earliest music video appearance of Girls Tyme showcasing and starring a then 10-year-old Beyoncé Knowles," according to the website.
It further added that the footage dated back to 1992 and has a two and a half hour performance of the then rising star. In the video, she played with the camera as if to master the various stages of her 'San Fransico' crowd as well as tried to perfect her dance choreography.
The video has been on a closed auction since Nov. 29 and bidding will end on Jan. 10, 2017, with an expected value price ranging from £1,500,000 to £3,000,000 ($1.9 million to $3.8 milllion).
Hip-hop Dx reported that the footage apparently got lost 20 years ago after it had been used in the production of Houston natives earliest music videos.
