LAPD Officers Respond: Django Actress was having sex with boyfriend in car

Daniele Watts, the Django Unchained actress who made the headlines yesterday, said that she was arrested because her boyfriend was white and she was mistaken for a prostitute by the Los Angeles Police Department (LAPD) officers. She added that she was handcuffed because of racism.

However, an audio released by the LAPD office might actually prove that Watts' claims are of no truth. Police said that Watts first brought up the race card then the fame card to get away with what she did.

In the audio, Watts was all over the place saying that she and her boyfriend were not doing anything. The police clearly did not care whether she was famous or that she was black as opposed to what was initially reported.

The police said that they got a report that a witness saw them having sex in the car and that was the reason why the police were called in the area. She refused to be ID'd saying that she has a publicist and she continued to rant and yelled over the phone.

Watts was on the phone with her father saying that she and her boyfriend were just "kissing" on the corner of the street. She said that it was her right to be affectionate with her boyfriend. She tried to get away from the cops but Watts was brought back again by another official.

Her boyfriend just stayed with the cops and was calm throughout the conversation.

The incident happened at around 2 PM when the actress left the CBS studios in San Fernando Valley last Thursday.

However, witnesses have claimed that Watts and her boyfriend were not just kissing. A witness said that they were having a "full-on" sex in the passenger seat while the door was wide open. The eyewitness stated that Watts was straddling her boyfriend and it was for everyone to see.

Another witness even said that the two cleaned themselves up with a tissue.

Some of the statements Watts said were as follows: "I think I'd like to identify you ... to my publicist."; "I serve freedom and love. You guys serve detainment. That's cool."; "I hope when you're f***ing your spouses you really feel alive." The audio lasted for over 23 minutes.

Watts is said to be filing a case against the LAPD officers.
