No, 2016 did not also get another actress just days before the year's about to end.
Disney star Debby Ryan has been getting "RIP" messages after being mistaken for the late Debbie Reynolds, and now, she is busy assuring her fans that she is very much alive.
As previously reported, veteran actress Debbie Reynolds died on Wednesday from a stroke just a day after her own daughter, "Star Wars" legend Carrie Fisher, had passed away. Naturally, the news of their tragic deaths shook Hollywood and has been a trending topic in world news.

While fans worldwide were busy mourning the loss of the one and only on-screen Princess Leia and her mother especially on social media, many went ahead of themselves and thought it was the much younger actress Debby Ryan who had passed away without bothering to fact check on Google.
Soon, things got out of hand and Ryan got tons of messages that tried to verify whether or not the news of her premature and unexpected "death" was true. Aside from messages, the Jessie star also got "RIP" tweets and condolences from Twitter users around the world.
One user wrote, "Omg I can't believe that 2016 took away Debby Ryan too. Rip girl, I will always be Jessie's #1 fan." Another fan tweeted,"RIP Debby Ryan... queen of Disney Channel."
On Thursday morning, Ryan finally addressed her confused fans.
No... guys, that's very thoughtful but it's Reynolds.

Though unfortunate, it must have felt nice for her to know how her fans would've reacted if they had lost her.
