A new Soft Gold color variant of OnePlus 3T smartphone officially launched in India and will be available in the market starting Jan. 5 next year. The new color model is available in 64GB native storage and will exclusively be sold on Amazon.

According to OnePlus, the latest Soft Gold variant of the smartphone sports an unbelievably beautiful appearance and a present lighter, yet elegant look.

To recap, the OnePlus 3T smartphone features a 5.5-inch Full HD (1080 x 1920 pixels) Optic AMOLED display screen along with the fourth generation Corning Gorilla Glass protection. Under the hood, the handheld device is powered by Qualcomm's Snapdragon 821 processor (two cores clocked at 1.6GHz and two cores clocked at 2.35GHz), which is paired with a massive 6GB of LPDDR4 RAM onboard.

On the photography side, the OnePlus 3T sports a 16-megapixel rear-facing camera and a 16-megapixel front-facing shooter. It runs on Android 6.0 (Marshmallow) operating system out of the box. The handset is fitted with a 3,400mAh capacity battery inside that supports Dash Charge (5V 4A) fast charging technology.

Connectivity options on the OnePlus 3T include 4G LTE (with support for India's LTE bands), NFC, Bluetooth 4.2, Wi-Fi 802.11ac, and GPS/ A-GPS. The handset measures body dimension of 152.7 x 74.7 x 7.35mm and weighs around 158 grams.

Meanwhile, the original variant of the OnePlus 3T smartphone went on sale in India earlier this month. The 64GB storage variant is priced at Rs. 29,999 ($441.55), while the 128GB storage model is priced at Rs. 34,999 ($515.14). It was notable that the smartphone was initially offered in India in Gunmetal color variant only.
