ZTE to Bring Affordable Phablet into the U.S. Under T-Mobile

According to GSM Arena, the ZTE Axon Pro sports a 5.5-inch IPS LCD display screen with a 1440 x 2560 pixel resolution, and is protected by Corning Gorilla Glass 3. It comes with a 153.9
ZTE wants to boost its smartphone sales in the United States with the new 5.7-inch phablet.
The phablet will be exclusively available on T-Mobile from September 24.
Chinese smartphone maker launched its new ZMAX, an LTE smartphone which is built with a large 3,400 mAh battery that can last two days on a single charge.

ZMAX costs US$252 with just one-time payment. Consumers have the option to pay US$10.50 a month on a two-year subscription plan with T-Mobile.
ZTE said on Tuesday that it wants to create a mid-range phone that still comes with premium features.
The display screen has 1280 by 720 screen resolution. It runs under Android 4.4 and has a Qualcomm Snapdragon 400 quad-core 1.2GHz processor.
It features a 16GB internal storage and users can expand it via microSD card slot up to 32GB.
ZTE's new smartphone weighs in at 6.7 ounces. It comes with an 8-megapixel rear camera and a 1.6-megapixel front camera.
The Chinese smartphone vendor is popularly known for producing low-cost handsets. However, they are working on introducing more higher-end products in the U.S. market. The company said that U.S. is a better place to gain profit margins than ZTE’s home market in China.
According to International Data Corporation (IDC), a market research firm, ZMAX could help boost ZTE sales in the growing phablet market in the U.S.
