Today, Apple has invited Chinese related media to attend its September 11th Beijing Media Event. The invitation issued to Chinese media is similar to the U.S. version, except for the slogan and contents that have been translated into Chinese. The media event will be held in Beijing International Trade Three of Jianguomenwai Avenue, Chaoyang District of Beijing. The exact date and time should be at 10 a.m. on September 11th (Local Time in Beijing). From the time, we can see the Chinese market synchronizes with the global market.
According to news from Tencent Tech, China Telecom and China Unicom, two major Chinese telecommunication companies to import Apple's iPhones, have prepared for the upcoming Apple's grand media event. According to insiders of China Telecom, China Telecom will not hold the press conference with Apple jointly, but the new generation of iPhone will come into Chinese market at the same time as other regions in the world.
Based on the previous exposed information, Apple will launch its new generation of iPhone with IOS 7 operating system, and its first kind of low-cost iPhone. New iPhone will likely use the Apple A7 dual core processor with a switch to a 64-bit CUP in Apple's handset, which can accelerate 31% in speed comparing to the previous iPhone. Besides, new generation of iPhone will have a fingerprint scanner, dual LED flash and a better 8 megapixel digital camera.
By Apple's convention, usually, its new products come into Chinese market after two months since they are officially launched. However, after Time Cook took over as CEO in Apple, he begins to value Chinese market stage by stage. So far, China is Apple's second largest market. Apple has 11 retail stores in the Greater China region, and a total of 25 retail stores will be opened in China in the future.
