It has an Exynos 5 Octa 5420 chipset; a quad-core 1.9 gigahertz Cortex-A15 and quad-core 1.3GHz Cortes-A7 processors; a Mali-T628 MP6 graphics processing unit; 3 GB of random access memory and runs on Android KitKat 4.4.2 out of the box.
The Tab S 10.5, which comes in Dazzling White and Titanium Bronze color schemes, is also equipped with a built-in lithium-ion battery with a capacity of 79,000mAh; an 8 megapixel main camera capable of taking pictures with up to 3264 x 2448 pixels; an LED flash; a front-facing 2.1 megapixel camera; 16 or 32 gigabytes of built-in storage and an expandable memory slot that can accommodate microSD cards up to 128 GB in size.
Apart from the dimensions, weight, screen size and battery capacity, the smaller Galaxy Tab S 8.4 also has all the components of its bigger brother, from the three megabytes of RAM to both central processing units.
The miniature version of the S 10.5 has a 8.4-inch screen, and while it has the same super Amoled technology and pixel resolution, it has a higher pixel density per square inch with about 359 pixels.
Its battery, which is also Li-ion and built-in, is capable of storing 4,900mAh of energy.
