Liverpool goalkeeper Simon Mignolet had admitted that he cannot say "yes" or "no" to a Chinese Super League switch unless an "actual offer" is presented to him.
Mignolet, 28, is the starting shot-stopper of head coach Jürgen Klopp's squad in the English Premier League and is considered one of the best at his position in Europe. Chinese clubs are currently not allowed to sign goalkeepers as imports as the Chinese Football Association aims to develop the country's local post defenders.

However, foreign goalies are still always being questioned about a potential transfer to the Far East and Mignolet has his own answer to the queries.
"I know the next question is would you go to China - and the only answer you can give is that you don't know unless you get an actual proposal," the Belgium international said, via 90min. "You can't weigh up the pros and cons until you actually receive an offer."
A lot of European players who are in their prime are being lured to play in the Far East with the promise of a life-changing compensation. Recently, Brazilian midfielder Oscar has chosen to leave English Premier League side Chelsea and move to Chinese Super League squad Shanghai SIPG while Argentinian forward Carlos Tevez transferred from his local hometown club Boca Juniors to Shanghai Shenhua.
Other stars such as Ezequiel Lavezzi, Gervinho, Hulk, Graziano Pellè, and many others have also made the switch to the China top-flight last season.
Mignolet also mentioned something about the type of wages China's foreign players receive and that it contributes to the attractiveness of playing in the league.
"You see the money and of course you talk about it. I'm a keeper and I don't think they want any keepers," Mignolet said, referring to the CSL's restriction to acquire foreign goalkeepers, according to Tribal Football.
Mignolet has been with Liverpool for three-and-a-half seasons. He has appeared in 164 games in all competition for the Reds during the said time span.
