A spokesman for the property management firm told local media that the police were looking into the matter. The spokesman added that the base jumper may have climbed to the building through an outdoor work ladder.
According to a lawyer, if organisations want to mount stunts such as jumping from a building, they should first secure permission from the government. But technically, there is no formal ordinance to stop individual people in doing extreme sports in the country.
The video has received praise and criticism from social media users. Concerns such as the legality of how he entered the building, and if he fell on someone on the ground were raised.
