Kangaroos can't be forced to hop, a man found out in China the embarrassing way.
An unidentified middle-aged man was caught on video throwing rocks at kangaroos in Zhuyuwan Zoo in Jiangsu province, eastern China. The man reportedly wanted to make the kangaroos hop around so he can take photos of them.

The kangaroos were just chilling in their areas.
The man, who was wearing a suit, had his phone on one hand and a rock on the other, ready to capture the animals' next movement after attempting to provoke them with the rock-throwing. Other zoo visitors were shocked and told the man to stop, but he reasoned that he rarely visits zoos and want to make the most out of one visit.
A witness told local media that some of the rocks hit the kangaroos, but it is unclear if they started hopping around or if the man was arrested due to the disturbance.
