Newly-promoted club Guizhou Hengfeng Zhicheng FC (0-1-2, 2 points) will try to earn their first win of the 2017 Chinese Super League season as they face rising team Tianjin Teda FC (1-1-1, 4 points) at their home field of Guiyang Olympic Sports Center on Saturday, April 8.

Guizhou, who was promoted this year after finishing as runners-up in last season's China League One, is still winless after three rounds in their China top-flight campaign. The team opened the season with two-straight home draws before succumbing to their first loss in the previous round.

Head coach Li Bing's squad bowed to Manuel Pellegrini's Hebei China Fortune, 0-1, on the road at the Qinhuangdao Olympic Sports Center Stadium last Saturday, according to ESPN.

Hebei's newly-acquired import, veteran Brazilian midfielder Hernanes, scored the lone goal of the match with a successful penalty kick in the 25th minute to hand Guizhou its first loss of the season.

With the defeat, Guizhou is now in a three-way tie with Henan Jianye and Chongqing Dangdai Lifan in the 11th to 13th spots of the current CSL table.

Meanwhile, Tianjin Teda claimed their first win of the season last Sunday with a 2-0 blanking of Chongqing at their home ground of Tianjin Tuanbo Soccer Stadium, The Guardian reported.

After a goalless first half of play, former Chelsea star John Obi Mikel opened the scoring for Tianjin Tigers with a rebound goal three minutes after the restart. An own goal by Chongqing defender Goran Milovic in the 82nd minute sealed the match for the hosts.

Head coach Jaime Pacheco's side is now tied on points with four other teams, namely Shanghai Shenhua, Beijing Sinobo Guoan, and Tianjin Quanjian, with four points each in the standings.

The predicted result is a tough 1-0 win by Tianjin Teda.
