(Photo : Handout) This can possibly be Moi Cuicui, a missing person since 2002.
A mother may have found her long-lost daughter thanks to a video posted online.
A street singer was captured in a video singing somewhere in Zunyi, Guizhou province. The woman, wearing a black shirt, was kneeling on a pair of slippers while holding a microphone. She didn't have limbs below her elbows and knees.

A woman came forward saying that the woman in the video was her daughter who was reported lost in 2002, whose name was Mou Cuicui.
Mou went missing 15 years ago from a fabric factory in Guangrao county. She did not come home after fighting with her family. Her alleged mother said that they looked for her in Heze, Linyi, Zibo, Binzhou, and other parts of Shandong.
The mother said that Mou had all her limbs when she went missing, but she is very positive that the woman in the video is her daughter. Police are still looking for the disabled street singer.
