Apple Inc. has recently released a new system that apparently cannot be breached by law enforcement. This new technology was released following NSA's disclosure that is has been utilizing telecom companies to spy on the users' private communications.

Early Thursday morning, Apple revealed that they will be reprogramming iOS 8, Apple's latest mobile operating system, with encryption features that will ultimately protect users' private communications.

The built-in encryption features will not allow anyone, including law enforcement with search warrants, to access data from any particular handheld device.

"Unlike our competitors, Apple cannot bypass your pass code and therefore cannot access this data," Apple said on its website.

"So it's not technically feasible for us to respond to government warrants for the extraction of this data from devices in their possession running iOS 8."

Apple states that a tiny percentage of its users are currently affected by "national Security" related demands, and teams at Apple are looking to side with the users on the matter.

However, the user-data-security parameters only hold to handheld devices - iPhone and iPad. Apple is still legally obligated to surrender any customer data stored elsewhere.

So users using any type of iCloud storage are subject to stored data breeches at the will of the NSA - making photos, calendars, private files, and even their specific locations fair game to law enforcement officers.

With the new encryption technology, users will have the ability to adjust their setting accordingly in a strong attempt to protect this particular type of information.

However, because of these new encryption capabilities, forgetting your operating system pass code prove to be more of a hassle than data intrusion.

Apple officials state "Users who forget their passwords with the new iOS 8 operating systems will no longer be able to recover them by contacting the company directly."

More and more companies, including Apple, are attempting to right the onslaught of negative reports.

Apple is especially working to ease their millions of account holders following the iCloud service being encroached, leading to the leak of hundreds of celebrity nude photos.

The new iPhone 6 will be fully equipped with the new data encryption technology, and will be available for release in retailers on September 19th.
