Lenovo Flex 11 Chromebook Computer Officially Launched

Chinese computer and smartphone manufacturer Lenovo has officially launched its latest Chromebook computer dubbed the Lenovo Flex 11. The pricing of the Lenovo Flex 11 Chromebook starts from $279 (roughly Rs. 18,000), and it will be made available on the market later this month.

According to Lenovo, the Flex 11 was designed "with Android apps from the Google Play store in mind." It comes with a 360-degree hinge that provides flexibility and ability to shift to different modes including tent, laptop, watch, and tablet mode.

In terms of the specifications, the Lenovo Flex 11 Chromebook features an 11.6-inch IPS HD antiglare multitouch panel display screen with a resolution of 1,366 pixels by 768 pixels. Under the hood, the device is powered a quad-core ARM processor clocked at a speed of 2.1GHz paired with 4GB DDR3 RAM onboard. It comes equipped with a built-in 32GB eMMC internal memory storage expandable via a dedicated microSD card slot.

The Lenovo Flex 11 runs on the latest Chrome operating system out of the box, along with Lenovo's customized user interface. On the battery side, the company claims that this device's battery can last for up to 10 hours of continuous usage. Other features the computer offers include 720p webcam, Wi-Fi 802.11 a/g/n/ac, USB-C, USB 3.0, HDMI, and a combo mic/audio jack.

The Lenovo Flex 11 weighs around less than 1.36 kg. It comes with a drop-resistant design, which allows it to withstand falls from up to 2.4 feet. Lenovo also claims that this laptop features a water-resistant keyboard that can handle spills of up to 330ml.
