Meizu E2 Smartphone Receives TENAA Certification

An upcoming Meizu smartphone has been certified on the website of China's telecommunication certification authority (TENAA). The device is dubbed as the Meizu E2 smartphone and is expected to be unveiled on April 27.
As per TENAA listing, the Meizu E2 smartphone features a metallic body design. It has a 5.5-inch Full HD display touchscreen with a resolution of 1920 pixels by 1080 pixels. Under the hood, the device is powered by unnamed octa-core processor (which indicates it is probably powered by MediaTek's Helio P20 chipset) clocked at a speed of 2.35 GHz.

The Meizu E2 smartphone will be available in three memory models - 2GB of RAM + 16GB of ROM, 3GB of RAM + 32GB of ROM, and 4GB of RAM + 64GB of native storage. All three variants will support expandable memory up to a massive 128GB via a dedicated microSD card slot. On the camera side, the phone will sport a 13-megapixel rear-facing camera with LED flash support and an 8-megapixel front sensor for selfies and video chats.
Some variants of the Meizu E2 smartphone will run on the YunOS 5.1.1, while others may boot Meizu's latest Flyme OS which is based on the Android operating system. The device is powered by a non-removable 3,300 mAh capacity battery. It measures body dimension 153.7 mm x 75.7 mm x 7.5 mm and weighs around 165 grams.
