Oppo A57 Smartphone Launched in Australia

Chinese smartphone maker Oppo has officially launched its newest flagship device called the Oppo A57 in Australia. The Oppo A57 can be purchased via two online retail stores in Australia - JB Hi-Fi and Officeworks.
The Oppo A57 smartphone is currently listed on JB Hi-Fi at around $328, while Officeworks has it at $327. Both online stores are selling the 32GB variant of the phone, and it will be available in Black and Gold color.

The Oppo A57 smartphone sports 5.2-inch HD display screen with a resolution of 1280 pixels by 720 pixels. Under the hood, the device is powered by an octa-core Qualcomm Snapdragon 435 processor clocked at a speed of 1.4 GHz paired with 3GB of RAM and Adreno 505 GPU for graphics. It comes with a built-in 32GB of internal memory storage, which can be further expandable up to 256GB via a dedicated microSD card.
The Oppo A57 smartphone sports a 16-megapixel front-facing shooter with a f/2.2 sensor and a 13-megapixel rear camera with PDAF, f/2.2 sensor, and LED flash support. It runs on the Android 6.0 (Marshmallow) operating system out of the box, coupled with Oppo's latest customized Color OS 3.0 user interface. Fueling the device is a non-removable 2900 mAh capacity battery.
Other features the Oppo A57 smartphone offers include a rear-mounted fingerprint scanner, dual SIM (GSM and GSM) that accepts Nano-SIM and Nano-SIM, Wi-Fi, Bluetooth, GPS, FM, USB OTG, 3G, and 4G. The sensors on the phone include a Proximity sensor, Compass Magnetometer, Ambient light sensor, Accelerometer, and Gyroscope. It measures a body dimension of 149.10 mm x 72.90 mm x 7.65 mm and weighs around 147.00 grams.
