Despite being separated from his wife, Mariah Carey, host Nick Cannon seems to be on top of the world as news broke out that he managed to close a deal to represent model Amber Rose and, as he strutted onstage in the season finale of "America's Got Talent" wearing diamond-encrusted shoes worth US$2 million.

Aside from casting Amber Rose in the film "School Dance", Cannon is said to have big plans of making the model a big star. After signing her in with his management company, NCredible Entertainment, the 33-year old host-mogul has already helped Amber Rose land a television series and book deal.

Amber Rose, wife of rapper Wiz Khalifa and mother of one, was once signed to the Ford modeling agency. She released a single in 2012, but is more famously known for once being the girlfriend of controversial rapper, Kanye West.

The model, who appeared in "School Dance", shared that she actually asked Cannon if he could write her into the script. Cannon, a good friend of the model, agreed.

She shared that she went to him saying, "Nick! Look! I would really really like to have a part in this movie, if you could write me in somehow or just give me a role" and that's exactly what he did. So, it was just really cool. Me and Nick are good friends. Just being on set with all of those comedians was just hilarious. We laughed until we cried every day." 

While Amber Rose is celebrating her new collaboration with Cannon, Cannon took to Twitter to post about his US$2 million footwear, stating, ""The most expensive shoes In the world!! 2 million dollar custom @TomFord @JasonofBH Maybe I should donate them to charity. Any suggestions?"

Cannon wasn't the only star feeling like a million bucks that night. Magician Mat Franco was declared the winner of the finale.

"It feels amazing! It feels great, fulfilling, emotional, all at once in a way that I can't describe," Franco shared with "Entertainment Tonight" backstage.
