T-Mobile now Offers Alcatel A30 Tablet for $125

US-based prepaid carrier T-Mobile is now offering the Alcatel A30 tablet for only $125. The Alcatel A30 tablet is priced at $5 down payment and $5 per month for 24 months which is equivalent to $125 in total.
The highlight of the Alcatel A30 tablet is the CloserTV and IR blaster support. These two features combined to pair the user respective TV or set-top box and enable them to change the channel using the device remotely. Additionally, there is also a commercial skipping feature that will change the TV channel during commercial breaks.

As for the specifications of the device, the Alcatel A30 tablet features an 8-inch IPS LCD screen with a resolution of 1200 pixels by 800 pixels. Under the hood, the device is powered by a quad-core Qualcomm Snapdragon 210 processor paired with 2GB of RAM onboard. It comes with a built-in 16GB of internal memory storage, which can be further expanded via a dedicated microSD card slot.
On the photography department, the Alcatel A30 tablet flaunts a 5-megapixel rear-facing sensor with geo-tagging and a 5-megapixel front camera for selfies and video chats. The device runs on the latest Android 7.0 Nougat operating system out of the box, which is paired with Alcatel's latest customized user interface. Fueling the device is 4060 mAh capacity battery.
Other features the Alcatel A30 smartphone offers include Bluetooth 4.1, Wi-Fi 802.11 a/b/g/n, accelerometer, and GPS with A-GPS. The device measures a body dimension 209 mm x 124 mm x 8.4 mm and weighs around 360 grams.
