Williams will be taking on the role of Casey Jacobs, a teenage girl who has an anonymous online stalker. The character also deals with bullying at school and advanced computer hacking. Eventually, the character fights back to put a stop to her problems.

The character that the 17-year old actress will be playing is an extreme case of cyber bullying presented in a dramatic set-up, based on several dozens of cyber bullying cases that happened in real life.

Director Ben Chanan, also the creator of the UK documentary-drama entitled 'Blackout' said that the film will be presented in a real-time thriller format.

The audience, according to Chanan will be seeing the development of the story through Casey, the main character. A reason why, he said he needed an exceptional actress who can give justice to the role and eventually chose Williams to do it.

"I couldn't imagine anyone else in the role," says Chanan, who later praised Williams, saying that the 17-year old actress is talented, immediately likeable but naturally feisty which makes the audience take her side automatically.

According to Nicky Mirsky, the head of Channel 4's documentaries, the most important task of the network is to find innovative ways to engage young audience with the cyber world and stories that happen in the Internet.

Mirsky said that 'Cyber Bully' would tend to inform young people about such issues in a gripping way.

'Cyber Bully' is set to be aired in early 2015.
