Here's some sad news, reality fans and pageant enthusiasts - Mama June and Sugar Bear Thompson are no longer a couple. Yup, Honey Boo Boo's Ma and Pa have decided to go their separate ways.

Apparently, matching fatigue outfits simply couldn't hold these two stars of "Here Comes Honey Boo Boo" together.

In a joint statement released to the public, Mama June and Sugar Bear shared that they are currently taking time apart to make sense of certain issues they have in the relationship. "We are taking things day by day, but regardless of what happens, the girls will always be our number one priority. We want to thank y'all for your support," they both stated.

The couple never legally married, but exhanged vows in a commitment ceremony in their backyard in Georgia last May.

Marital turmoil allegedly began when Mama June discovered that Sugar Bear was searching for women in online dating websites. He also apparently had a profile on the website plentyoffish.com under the handle Georgiafighter31054, where he wrote "i love to hunt fish and ride 4wheelers and have a good time.  i luve muddy Boggs and love to ride in the mudd." 

In the said profile, Sugar Bear said that his longest relationship was "over 10 years" but that he is currently single.

From the time Mama June discovered Sugar Bear's infidelity, she stopped wearing her commitment ring. She is said to be planning to move out of their Georgia home and live closer to her family once filming is complete for their reality show.

The fourth season finale of their reality show aired on August 14.  

Their relationship, along with their hyper and wacky beauty pageant daughter Alana "Honey Boo Boo" Thompson and their other three daughters Lauryn "Pumpkin" Shannon, Jessica "Chubbs" Shannon, and Anna "Chickadee" Shannon were featured in the popular reality show.

During happier times, Mama June gave the advice of never settling "for a man who doesn't treat you right." She said that if a man doesn't love everything about you, find someone else.
