While the search for a missing University of Virginia student continues, authorities announced on Sunday that the man seen with her before she went missing is being sought for reckless driving charges.
On Saturday, a man, identified as Jesse Matthew who has been named a 'person of interest' in Hannah Elizabeth Graham's search, allegedly went to the Charlottesville Police Department and inquired about a lawyer's name before leaving in a vehicle at a high speed an hour later.

According to reports, police officers were not able to talk to him during his visit to the agency.
Matthew was not charged for Graham's disappearance on September 13, but authorities believe that he was the last person the 18-year-old UV student was seen with before she went missing.
As part of investigation procedure, police officers from the Charlottesville PD searched Matthew's car and apartment for possible leads on Graham's whereabouts.
According to witness statements, Graham was last seen at a restaurant in Alexandria with a 32-year-old man. The same man was seen in the surveillance footage. Authorities said that he appeared to be stalking the teenage student.
Matthew, a nursing assistant at the University of Virginia, was seen in several surveillance footages with the missing student.
Over the weekend, more than a thousand people composed of law enforcement officers and volunteers from the community had helped search for the UV sophomore.
Grateful for the extensive support they have received, Graham's parents expressed their thanks to all who had helped in searching for their daughter.
"I think the reason that Hannah has such marvelous support is that this is every parent's nightmare," John Graham, Hannah's father stated.
Hannah's distraught parents also pleaded for anyone with information about their daughter's location to come forward and put an end to the search once and for all.
Meanwhile, University of Virginia President Teresa Sullivan said in a statement that the university has committed to helping authorities locate the missing student and "return her safely to her family."
