Charlie Sheen Wants to Return to 'Two and a Half Men'

Despite his controversial departure from the show three years ago, Charlie Sheen might be returning to "Two and a Half Men," E! News reported.

As the hit TV show reaches its final season, Sheen, who is one of the original casts of the show, who was fired after he had a widely publicized feud with the show's creator, Chuck Lorre, is reportedly seeking to return.

According to reports by several U.S. media agencies, Sheen called several bosses from Warner Brother, to discuss a possible appearance in the show's finale episode, which is scheduled to be shown in mid 2015.

Reports state that if Sheen will be allowed to appear on the show, it will be a challenge for showrunners since his character "Charlie Harper" was killed in the series.

Though the character's death was not shown on screen, it was told he got hit by a train.

Sheen said in an interview that the team behind the series has been discussing the possible return of his character in the 12th season of the show, which will premiere on Oct. 30.

In an interview with E! News, Sheen's rep Jeff Ballard said that Sheen and Lorre's mutual friend discussed the idea of Sheen's return and said it could be "interesting."

According to Ballard, both parties are receptive of the idea, especially Sheen, who wants to return to the show" for the fans  that watch the show all those years and continue to watch it in syndication,"

"If they want to include me in some final send-off, I'm available and I'm showing up early. If not, it's on them," Sheen told the media.

After sheen's departure from the show, he was replaced by Ashton Kutcher, who played a billionaire in the show and bought Harper's house following his death.

Meanwhile, FX network's  "Anger Management," which stars Sheen is reportedly coming to an end since it already finished its 100th episode.

Ballard said they are waiting to hear from producers if the show will be renewed.
