At 10 p.m. on September 10th, a Chinese netizen posted a micro blog, saying there is a very spectacular house built on top of a building in Shijie Town of Dongguan City. "Two villas were built on top of the building." The netizen wrote. He suspects the sky villa is illegal construction.
Later, our reporters rushed to Shijie Town to search for the sky villa. The house has been beautifully adorned. The whole building can be divided into two parts. The lower part of it is a three-storey building, while the upper part are two red pointed houses. Surprisingly, there is a gap of nearly two storeys between the lower building and the upper houses. Besides, the upper houses are simply supported by about ten concrete pillars. Viewed from afar, it seems there is a castle in the air.
September 11th, Shijie Branch of Dongguan City Urban Administrative and Law Enforcement Bureau informed that after investigation, through the building located in No. 2, Shawang Road owns legal land certificate and construction permit, however, its actual size is not in accordance with the architectural drawings, which means, the villa in the air is still illegal construction. Later, Chinese urban police will deal with the illegal construction according to law.
