Due to conflicts in his schedule, Hong Kong actor Chilam Cheung had to decline a 10 million RMB offer to make an appearance in the second season of 'Where Are We Going, Dad?' with his son , but it looks like the actor is going to earn what he's lost by filming for the reality show '2 Days and 1 Night'.

Cheung is currently filming for his appearance in the second season of '2 Days and 1 Night', which is a Chinese adaptation of the hit South Korean variety program that goes with the same name. Said show is produced by Dragon Television and is said to be garnering popularity in China.
Now, Cheung is said to have been hired to appear in five episodes of the show with a 10 million RMB fee.
According to reports, the cast of the reality program were given the task to travel to the countryside and the cultural heritage sites in China in order to experience raw wildlife without access to modern technology.
The 'Triumph in the Sky' actor is said to have been spotted travelling around Yunnan on a bike and treading the city's waters with a pedal-operated wooden boat.
The current theme of the show is said to be 'survival', so Cheung, along with the other cast members for the current season, are being tested for their survival skills in the wild.
Sources say that though it had been difficult filming for the show, Cheung was able to develop a good relationship with the other cast members. The actor claims to have learned a lot through his hardships he had to endure while filming.
Other cast members included in the new season of '2 Days and 1 Night' are mainland actor Zhang Feng Yi, Hong Kong actor Deric Wan and South Korean singer and former H.O.T. member Kangta.
