Following her announcement that she is in the first trimester of her second pregnancy, Hong Kong actress Aimee Chan revealed that she and her husband, Moses Chan, are expecting a baby girl.

After giving birth to her first child, Aiden Joshua, last year in December, Aimee recently announced that she is pregnant with her second child and has indirectly implied that the new baby will be a girl and will be born around March next year.

The actress has extended her maternity leave, previously stating that it was due to family reasons and later revealed that she is expecting her second child.

According to media reports, Aimee and Moses are planning to spend more time together before their household gets busy after the arrival of their second child. The couple is said to be planning a vacation to the Maldives.

Yesterday, he actor and the actress were spotted at the Hong Kong airport with Aimee showing off her small baby bump. The couple seemed to be in a good mood as they've welcomed the media with smiles, even allowing them to ask questions and take photos.

When asked about her pregnancy, Aimee stated that as her pregnancy advances, she would be having a hard time taking care of her first child. She said that her parents, who are residing in Canada, will be coming to Hong Kong in order to help her take care of Aiden Joshua, and that they will be staying until the baby girl is born.

The actor and the actress also refuted the rumors that the former is stopping Aimee from returning to her job, saying that he is fully supporting his wife's return to the showbiz industry after she gives birth.

Aimee also expressed that she still has passion for acting and that she is hoping to resume work under TVB again, but for the meantime, she will be focusing on her family.
