Chinese premier Ke Qiang Li hosted a forum in order to listen to the idea and advices of democratic parties, the principals China Chamber Of Commerce, and non-party people to Government Work Report in Zhongnanhai on 10th. 

Li firstly said that inviting non-party persons to a forum is a fixed routine of drafting government work report as well as an important expression of the sincere treatment standing together with each other between our communist party and every Democratic Party. He hoped everybody spoke out directly and freely.

In the forum, all attendees agreed that it was a hard-own achievement that the development of economic and society was achieved the anticipated goal with the intricate domestic and overseas situations. It was because national throughout the country could work hard together and overcome difficulties.

KMT Central Committee Chairman, E Xiang Wan, proposed that to deepen administrative reform must need the lawful thinking and methods, respect and guarantee the equal right of main market players. Chairman of the Central Committee of China Democratic League, Bao Wen Zhang, suggested to complete the ocean economic strategy and to give priority to develop the high-end and newly ocean industry. Jun Qi Yan, Chairman of China Democratic National Construction Association, advised that to promote the mechanism innovation, the government needed to focus on establishing a favorable legal environment and fair competition environment.

In the forum, Li deeply discussed and communicated with attendees on some issues. After listening to the speaking, he thanked the democratic parties, the principals China Chamber Of Commerce, and non-party people for their help and loyal support to the government. He said everybody's speaking was focusing on big issues, thought in detail, and showed collective intelligence. The state council would carefully review the ideas and advices and accept some of the excellent points. He hoped that everyone would fully play the role of participating in the administration and discussion of state affairs as well as continue giving more useful judgments and advices.
