A public official of Xiao Xian, 52, has one night stand with a middle school girl and takes inappropriate photos. 

The public official's last name is Zhang, a deputy middle level investigator of Xiao Xian Sen Lin Public Security Bureau. However, Zhang's colleague said that he has shown up less in previous year. "He comes to get paychecks." A female colleague said.

Xiao Mei, 15, is Xiao Xian resident. Xiao Mei's brother, Mr. Wang, said that he found some inappropriate photos in his younger sister's cell phone. He saw on the photos that a fresh-faced young girl and a middle age man both naked lying down in a hotel room. The young girl sometimes played with cell phone and sometimes kept her face out with something. The middle age man was calm, smoking and calling somebody up.

After being shot questions by Wang, Xiao Mei admitted she took those photos. The young girl in the photo named Xiao Li, the middle age man was Zhang from Sen Lin Public Security Bureau. More horrible thing is Xiao Mei also admitted that both she and Xiao Li have had one night stand with Zhang. She took those photos because Xiao Mei was hungry, so she came to the middle age man's room from another room to get food. She took those photos for fun when she saw two of them did not wear clothes.

Xiao Li indicated that she was born in 2000, 13-year old, a second year student in middle school. It was an incidental chance to know Zhang. The little girl thought that he was generous and gave money for her to use, buy her food, so she was propositioned after they were acquainted with.

In addition, this middle age man considered himself be to "grandfather" in front of the two girls.

Checked with the photos from Xiao Xian Sen Lin Public Security Bureau, Xiao Li and Xiao Mei completely confirmed that this deputy middle level investigator was the "grandfather" who bought them food and asked them to spend nights with him.

One day at the end in January, Zhang made appointment with Xiao Mei and asked her to wait for him in a hotel room. According to Xiao Mei, Zhang was going to break up with her with giving her money. When they met, Xiao Xian police went to the site and captured Zhang. Police indicated that they have paid high attention to this case, set a special group to investigate this case. Currently, this case is still in the stage of taking evidence.
