Ubisoft announced it will hold a closed beta for the upcoming multiplayer racing game, The Crew, starting September 30.
The French game publisher said the test will take place on both PlayStation 4 and Xbox One.
Those players and other interested parties can join by signing up on the official website of The Crew. It doesn't guarantee that parties will get access by registering.

Those chosen to participate in the beta test will receive a download code for their console of choice in the coming weeks. They will get a notification via e-mail.
The console beta will consist of content similar to a PC version test that occurred last July. All missions and skill challenges for the Midwest region, all skill challenges for the East Coast region, and the rest of the United States open for free roaming are all included.
Beta players will have access to player versus player (PVP) lobbies: Midwest and East Coast.
Players will be able to personalize their cars into either Street Spec or Dirt Spec.
The beta will also offer a closer look at three other specs; Perf, Raid and Circuit.
The Crew is an open-world racer game. It will be available in PC, PS4, and Xbox One.
French video game development company Asobo Studio will also work on the Xbox 360 version.
It will be released in the U.S. on November 11 and November 14 in the United Kingdom.
