The game started out well for the hometown team in Chicago. The Bears scored first, with quarterback Jay Cutler finding wide receiver Brandon Marshall for a six yard touchdown.

They would continue their scoring streak in the second quarter, with an eight yard pass to Jordy Nelson and a field goal by kicker, Robbie Gould.

However, the Packers would take over after that, not allowing the Bears to get on the scoreboards in the second half.

Rodgers' performance was a key factor in their win, completing 22 of 28 passed. He threw three touchdown passes in the first half to Eddie Lacy, Jordy Nelson, and Randal Cobb.

Despite a four point lead by halftime, the Packers did not rest on their laurels, completely taking over and steamrolling through the Bears.

Nelson and Cobb both got another touchdown, while Mason Crosby added some points with a field goal.

The defense of the Packers though was not to be left out in this game, performing just as well as their teammates.

The devastating loss of the Bears was punctuated by interceptions. In the third quarter, Cutler would throw two interceptions in two consecutive ball possessions, with a final one in the fourth quarter.

Both teams are now 2-2 on their records, with both having the distinction of being the only teams in the NFL to have at least 700 regular-season wins.
