“No Profit” First Shown on Yuebao

Yuebao system has display problem, showing "No Profit" for yesterday.
Regarding this problem, Ailpay's customer service call center explained that there was display problem on the system, and there was no loss of profits. Technician was repairing the system. Yuebao sina weibo claimed that the system was upgrading and the profits would be provided later.

Usually, Yuebao profit of the previous day cannot be seen at 6 a.m. every day. The latest time shall be before 7 a.m. However, many people saw "No Profit" on the Yuebao yesterday profit web page this morning. Yuebao officials did not give any explanation in time, which caused users rattled. Many people were worried about whether there were some issues of Yuebao, so they said that they had been transferring money out of Yuebao.
As of 9 a.m. this morning, reporter checked the yesterday profit web page; it still showed "No Profit." According to Yuebao official website, Yuebao's income by ten thousand was 1.6770 on February 11.
Yuebao customer service center explained that some technical problems caused the yesterday profit not to display. Please checked the web page after 3 p.m. The center also claimed that there was no loss of profits. Around 9:10 a.m., Yuebao official sina weibo announced that it was caused by system upgraded; the profit would give out later. They also comforted users by saying even a penny would not be missed. Ailpay promised that the profit would be provided before noon.
Due to the delay of announcement and explanation, some people have not been satisfied and have questioned that why they had not stated the reason earlier. Some people also expressed that they would transfer the money out decisively if they did not see the profit report at 3 p.m.
