Avril Lavigne recently turned 30 and she looked really stunning in a pink cocktail dress as she celebrated it with friends at the Bellagio Hotel located in Las Vegas on Saturday.

However, there were two things noticeably different: her husband, Nickleback frontman Chad Kroeger, was not around and she was not wearing the ring he gave her on their first anniversary. This then has fueled the rumors even more that the couple is headed for a split just fourteen months of being married.

Avril was spotted with her girlfriends and they partied the night away. Photos of her showed how happy she was and was even shocked that she had a giant cupcake presented to her as her birthday sweet treat. Together with her was her sister-in-law Amie Lavigne and best friend Caryn Alpert. The trio were said to have partied until 2:45 in the morning.

The rumors that the two were headed for a split started weeks ago as her hubby apparently went around telling their friends that they are on the rocks. Also on August 30, Avril was spotted no longer wearing her wedding ring when she left Chateau Marmont with a couple of her gal pals.

In July, Avril even tweeted a photo of her and Chad showing the anniversary gift that the latter gave her. She even said she was lucky to have such a husband but reports say that the tweet has now been deleted.

An insider has told a magazine that Chad was a "complete jerk" especially how he talked to Avril. A lot of Avril's friends don't really like Chad, the insider added.

Also, the two reportedly have been fighting often and are having lots of issues mainly because of jealousy. Another source reveals that both of them are very flirty around other guys and that Avril is very insecure of herself.

Also, the two has collaborated in an album but the sales were not as skyrocketing as they expected it to be.

This is already Avril's second marriage as she and her ex-husband Deryck Whibley threw in the towel after four years of marriage. They split back in 2010.
