The President of the Chinese People's Political Consultative Conference (CPPCC), Zheng Sheng Yu, holds the Twelfth President Meeting of the Twelfth National Committee Meeting. The meeting discusses and passes the decision of revocation of Ying Xia Liu's Qualification of the twelfth CPPCC member. The decision will be subsequently confirmed in the fourth meeting of Executive Committee.

Ying Xia Liu, female, the Han nationality, born in June, 1972 in Qiqihar, Heilongjiang. She holds a master degree, and she is nonparty personage.
