The advertisers can now have the advantage of leveraging their content and creating an HTML 5 media ad. Google gave a preview on how the mobile ads could work. First, they said that they could feature a small invitation banner that will be the preview of the media ad. Then, there is the expanded format which will be featured like a carousel like the related videos style in YouTube.

Meanwhile, other web advertisers are also increasing their span. TrueView ads plans to cover the AdMob network. Their ads are already live on gaming apps. However, Google said that the new mobile apps will also appear on gaming apps. It is possible that Google will feature a small video when the users access the app. There will also be a skip option available for the users.

Google explained that the advertisers will only pay if the users "choose not to skip your ad."

They are also going to use anchor ads. This ad format will be a locked in feature at the bottom of the screen. The users can navigate throughout the entire page and the ad will stay at the same bottom location.

Lastly, they will still provide the simple text ad format, which was initially launched for PC browsing. The text ads were already introduced into mobile browsing a few years ago. But, with the new platform enhancement, Google will also feature this text ad on the AdMob network. It is reported that the text ads will mesh well with magazine contents wince they will be shown as premium ads. The aesthetic enhancement was used to reduce the frustration of the users.
