(Photo : Reuters) Walmart claims that Tracy Morgan as well as the other plaintiffs were not wearing their seat belt during the accident citing that it was not the Walmart tuck driver's entire fault.
Tracy Morgan has fired back regarding the claims of Walmart denying the allegations of the comedian regarding the car crash back in July that has killed one of the passengers in Morgan's limo bus.
The legal documents passed by Walmart sates that Morgan and the rest of the people in the other car did not wear seatbelts thus should be held half responsible for what happened.

Morgan said in a statement: "After I heard what Walmart said in court I felt I had to speak out. I can't believe Walmart is blaming me for an accident that they caused." He added that he and his friends did nothing wrong and took the time to thank all his fans for the support. He noted that he is fighting hard every day in order to get back to his shows soon.
Morgan together with three other plaintiffs namely comedian Ardie Fuqua Jr., his assistant Jeffrey Millea and his wife Krista Millea, have all filed the case stating that the Walmart driver, Kevin Roper, was in an "unreasonable" condition as he was reportedly awake for more than 24 hours and had gone over the speed limit. Morgan's camp questioned Walmart for not checking in on their employees.
Walmart has responded saying that the passengers could have lessened the injuries since they were all aware that seatbelts should be worn at all time. Walmart has also requested for a written statement asking for the total amount of damages that the plaintiffs are claiming. They have also demanded a trial by jury.
Morgan is still suffering from the injuries and is struggling even after being in a rehabilitation center. His lawyer, Benedict P. Morelli, released a statement saying that the comedian is still having a tough time recovering.
There still isn't any comment from the lawyers or representatives of Morgan regarding the claims of Walmart that have been submitted in court.
